STEROID
- Carlo Guardo Ghilardi
Abstract
A poor healing split thickness graft donor site can be discouraging and
problematic for surgeons. Usual management of hypergranulation and local
infection consists in frequent dressings and use of nitric silver which
is quite painful for patients. In this paper we examined the efficacy of
a topical steroid dressing.
